Abstracts will be compiled into a booklet in advance and will given to all participants at the beginning of the meeting. The abstracts will also be published after the meeting in the journal Insect Science.

Abstracts are required for the 15 minute oral and for poster presentations. Please indicate in the registration form the presentation type for your presentation . In case too many oral presentations are received, the committee may request some to make a poster presentation.

All abstracts must be one A4 page (maximum), with 1 inch margins throughout, typed in Times New Roman font, size 12, according to the example below. The speaker of the abstract must be underlined. Abstracts must be submitted as formatted MS-Word compatible (.doc) files by electronic mail to Qili Feng at the address qlfeng@scnu.edu.cn before January 10, 2008. 

The maximum dimentions of a poster are 1.5 (w) x 1.0 (h) meters .
